Account Development Manager / Харьков

MobiDev invites you to join our Business Department team as an Account Development Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated, well-organized and proactive person. One who has business views and wants to build a long-lasting relationship with our partners, developing their business ideas into high-quality software products.

Requirements for work experience:

  • 1+ year of dealing with business clients;
  • communication with foreign clients (USA/EU);
  • team management/business process management;
  • experience in IT sphere is an asset.

Necessary skills and knowledge:

  • upper-intermediate spoken and written English;
  • attentiveness to clients' business needs;
  • ability to resolve critical issues;
  • sales techniques and negotiation skills;
  • good understanding of the IT sphere.

Responsibilities:

  • development of collaborations with current clients through up-/cross-selling methods;
  • enhancement of existing relationship by achievement of clients' business goals;
  • monitoring of collaboration processes and detection of stress zones at early stages;
  • management clients' expectations and solution of business issues.
