MobiDev is expanding, and the growth of new open position requires a good recruiter to handle it. That's why we need you: headhunting from initiation of a position to offering positions and conducting interviews.

Work value:

  • general understanding of the IT market and technologies;
  • negotiation skills, including cold contact;
  • understanding of principles of candidate evaluation;
  • upper-intermediate English: written and spoken;
  • passion for all things new, self-development and communication with people.

Our work is a rich variety of tasks: from daily and routine-looking ones to non-trivial tasks that require efforts and creative approach. That's what we like! And if something goes wrong, there is always a team to help and support. It's a great feeling when you spend plenty of time and efforts on a tasks, but the results are more than worth it; when you understand what the company needs, when you find such a candidate who starts to work successfully – these emotions have to be felt in order to be understood, and no words can describe them.
