Senior Sales Manager / Харьков

MobiDev creates custom business software, from mobile and desktop apps to server-side software and complex systems for clients around the world. We build long-term cooperations with clients – established companies and tech startups. As a result, Upwork has awarded MobiDev as the Best Agency 2016 and 2017 in Web, Mobile & Software Development. And it's just one of our sales channels. We also use cold contacts, tech events, and content-based marketing. We never stop growing, and now invite a Lead Sales Manager to join us!

Our workflow:

Business Department comprises several teams. Marketing Managers create content that shows our expertise and promote it both online and at tech events. Lead Generation team contacts and warms up potential leads. Sales Managers negotiate with leads and bring contracts. Afterwards, Account Development Managers and Project Accountants become responsible for collaboration with clients. Senior experts may be able to combine several roles in order to achieve the best results most effectively.

Required skills and experience:

  • work with foreign B2B clients (US/EU);
  • success stories: negotiations and collaborations;
  • fluent English (written & spoken);
  • analysis of requirements and understanding of the IT sphere;
  • experience in sales of software products and services is an asset.

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • conduct B2B negotiations, close deals;
  • clarify project goals, define global contract terms;
  • identify financial and technical risks;
  • keep the service vision throughout the process;
  • search for new sales channels and develop existing ones.
